Returns & Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

All tags, accessories, and manuals must be included.

You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

3. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Wrong Items: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.

Change of Mind: If you wish to return a product due to personal preference or a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at 
bigarchersofficial@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
